English Composition II

Course Objective: This course builds on the fundamental skills covered in English Composition I. Prior learning will be extended through study and practice with various research methods. Students will also examine multimedia text structures, including verbal, written and other forms of texts, as well as the importance of properly documenting the research process by citing sources and providing evidence of ideas. 

Course Length: 40 Lecture hours; 20 Lab hours; 5 Quarter Credit Hour (10 Week Course)

Prerequisite: English Composition I
